Advertise With Some Guts

You can advertise any service or products that you have and not brake the bank. There are thousands of ways to advertise your service or products. The one thing I found out, their are still hundreds of mom and pops newspaper and newsletters out their won't cost you a arm or a leg. Just constant advertising as low as a $1.00 or $6.00 Inch . From thousands of  issue, to 125,000 a issue. The main goal is set yourself at a level that you can afford, each month, each week or what every you feel comfortable with.






What Are Some of the Cheap Ways To Advertise?


(A) Use your computer and make a template with MS word or Wordperfect . Now if you do not have any of these programs. Don't worry. Go to http://www.openofficenewus.com/ . Openoffice is a wordprocessing software  you should have if you don't.  Openoffice have a New Verision out. About $13.00 a year for support. Openoffice great tool have.  This software your can produce flyers for your Service or Products.  take the hard copy to printer that will give you the most for your money. If you go to a large printing company, it will cost you more than going to a mom and pop shop to print large amounts of your flyer. I suggest keep the flyer in black and white format. Color will be very expenses to do the same large amount of printing. Start off printing 1000 to 5000 flyer. Do what you can afford.






(B) Low cost advertising on the internet is another way of putting the word out about you service or product.  Don't be like most that think once they place an ad that thousands of people will be coming to your door.  This is the wrong way to view this type of advertising. You may need to place ads in every month or once every two or three months just to let people know that you are out their. It is a constant work effort on your part. Still remember the idea is to advertise with some guts, but at a affordable cost to you. Advertise one or three ads in different places just to see what the response rate. Place one ad in the paper and another on the internet. Learn how to code each ad you place. To see how much response you receiving from your ads. You must use a code system.  If  your ad is not responing well. You can pull the ad and change it around and insert it again.

This is how I design my ad campign using the code to let me know how my responses are coming in. OK, look at the Dept section. TNA is the code for the company that I'm advertising with . TNA= The National Advertiser. 5= The month I placed the ad. 6= The day, 10= the year. Now this is the system I use design for myself. You can design the system that best for you. The main goal is to know where,when who and what is working when you place your ad. I will place a ad insert in for about three months. This amount of time gives me good feedback. By detemining what ads are receiving  the most responses  during that period. Those ads that do not fit my standards are pull and redesign and place back again. Now remember this system is to my standards in placing ads. We want ads that work. We want to place ads in that are affordable. And ads that will give us a good response rate during the period it is running. Below is a list of companies that you can write to and receive more information on their rates and a copy of their paper or newsletter  you may place a ad in.

sword." These days, not may people use the pen to write with.
More often they use typewriters or, even more frequently,
computers and word processors. But make no mistake, the written
word is still very powerful, and if you own a word processor
you are sitting on top of one of the most powerful money-making
machines ever created.

Most people use their computer to do simple tasks, such as their

term papers and get better grades in school. Very few people
realize that their computers can make them money as well as
fulfilling all of these other functions. If your computer is

time for you to put that machine to work for you.

programmed to do almost anything. Many different computer
functions can be incorporated into a home-based business, but
one of the easiest to master is the word processor. There are
dozens of word processing programs on the market, and you should
be able to master one in about five or six hours of practice.

your service to them. Once you've read through the following

your computer to make money.

NEWSLETTER WRITING

A successful company needs to keep their employees up to date on
company activities (such as corporate buy outs, company
recreational events, and policy changes) and trade news (such as
new legislation affecting customers, competition news and
manufacturer updates). The easiest and least expensive way to
do all of this is through an employee newsletter.

The problem with this is most companies especially smaller
ones, do not have the capital to hire a full-time writer. Many
companies attempt to designate someone within the organization
to write their newsletter, but this person is not a writer, in
fact the one in charge of the newsletter is usually the secretary.
Using nothing more than a typewriter, she tries to produce a nice-
looking newsletter in a few minutes she has to spare between

very professional--with columns, bold headlines, graphs and even
pictures. Bring a sample newsletter into a business and have the

productivity and profit will rise for two reasons. First, because
he will not be paying someone from inside the company to write the
newsletter. Second, his employees will work more efficiently because
they will be better informed.

Before you know it, you will have 10 to 15 companies paying you to
write their newsletter, and will probably be just about all you can
handle. Since each one will be paying you about $300 a month for
the service, you will need to make the decision whether to continue
to expand your service and hire more help, or simply relax and let
the money keep rolling in.

Fads and trends come and go, but one thing that will always sell
is information. With your word processor, you have one of the best
mediums for presenting information, and you can make a bundle doing

Just walk through your local book store or library and notice how
many self-help, diet and how-to books there are. This should give

Once you've read through a few of these types of books, you should
know enough about the subject to write a brief five to ten page
report. With the computer, you can make the report look very
professional through the use of page numbers, double columns,
pull quotes in the middle of the pages, and a bold catch title.

marketing procedure. Take out an ad in the classified section
of your local newspaper. Word the advertisement so that customers

per report) most of the money you collect will go directly to
profit. And, since these reports are easy to produce, you can
use some of that income to write and print a new report and
sell it the same way. See how easy it is to make the whole
thing snowball?
